1. Insert the two PVC pipes into the outer holes of the Wheel Weight.  Leave some of the PVC pipe exposed on each side of the weight.

2. Insert the Wheel Weight in the wheel and measure the length of the bolts needed to hold the Wheel Weight to the wheel.  3/8" all-thread bolts are recommended.

3.  Purchase eighty pounds (80#) of a cement mix such as Sakrete or Quickrete, four (4) 3/8" all-thread bolts, eight (8) 3/8" nuts and eight (8) 3/8" flat washers.

4.  Mix the cement mix according to packaged instructions (mix one-half bag for each Wheel Weight).  Put the mix into the Wheel Weight and shake to remove all air pockets.  Fill completely to the top.  Insert the cap.  Wash out the PVC pipes.

5. Let cement dry for twenty-four (24) hours.  Then, install in the wheel using the all-thread with a washer and nut on each side.
