  4. Pack the chains securely in the original box when possible.
  5. Ship the item back according to the return instructions.

Condition of Returned Tire Chains

Tire chains must be returned in new, unused condition. Chains that have been installed, driven on, damaged, modified, rusted, or returned with missing parts may not be eligible for refund.

Please include all original parts, bags, tags, tools, tensioners, instructions, and packaging that came with the product.

Tire chain fit can vary depending on tire brand, tread depth, load range, air pressure, and tire wear. Some tires, especially aggressive tread or Load Range E tires, may run larger than the printed tire size.
