TireChain.com processes in-stock tire chain orders as quickly as possible. Most orders placed by 2:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, ship the same business day.

• Orders placed by 2:00 PM EST Monday–Friday: usually ship the same business day if the item is in stock.
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST: may ship the next business day.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays: are normally processed the next business day.
• Large or heavy orders: may require additional handling time, especially if the order ships in multiple boxes.

Free Shipping Over $60

TireChain.com offers free shipping on orders over $60 when the order qualifies at checkout. Free shipping is a great option when you do not need a guaranteed day-definite delivery service.

Free shipping orders will ship by the least expensive available method, which may include USPS, UPS, or another available carrier service.

If you need a more specific delivery commitment, you can choose a paid UPS service at checkout when available.

UPS Day-Definite Shipping Options

UPS shipping is optional at checkout for customers who want day-definite delivery. TireChain.com receives heavily discounted UPS rates and passes those discounted shipping options through whenever available.

• UPS Ground: a reliable option for many tire chain orders.
• UPS 3-Day, 2nd Day, and Next Day services: available on eligible orders when faster delivery is needed.
• Day-definite delivery: useful when you need your tire chains before a trip, inspection, job, or incoming storm.

Where We Ship

TireChain.com ships within the United States and U.S. territories. At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside the United States and U.S. territories.

APO/FPO Addresses

We support U.S. military customers by shipping eligible orders to APO and FPO addresses through USPS.

PO Boxes

PO Box shipments require a USPS-compatible shipping method. If UPS delivery is not available to your PO Box, please choose a USPS option at checkout when available.

Tracking Your Order

After your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email. Tracking may take several hours to update after the shipping label is created.

• Tracking scans may update after the package reaches the next carrier facility.
• Weather events can sometimes delay carrier movement during peak winter demand.
• UPS day-definite services are available at checkout when you need a more specific delivery commitment.

Holiday & Peak Season Shipping

Tire chains are seasonal, and demand increases quickly before and during snowstorms. During peak winter weather, shipping carriers may experience heavier volume and regional delays.

For the best chance of receiving your chains before bad weather, order as early as possible instead of waiting until snow is already in the forecast.
